I have 3 children in high school and my husband and I work hard at our own businesses. My background is marketing communications and I’ve worked for both corporate and SMEs for over 30 years.
About 4 years ago, when my children became more self-sufficient, I began to freelance my editing and copywriting skills. I started All Words Matter in 2012, helping businesses with their marketing materials. Through my love and commitment to business networking, I’ve built a solid reputation and client base in the North West.
Since 2013, All Words Matter has developed a niche, helping a number of new authors with proofreading, self publishing and book promotion. There are so many people who are either writing a book, want to write a book or have finished writing their book – but don’t know what to do next. That is where I come in: guiding writers through all the stages of self publishing and promotion.
Some clients are comfortable with Social Media promotion and only need my help with proofreading and editing. Some have self-published before but want to improve the process the second-time-round. Other clients want help with everything, including moral support and encouragement!
